One Reason People are Still Dying

A narrow street with shops on both sides, filled with people dressed in warm-weather outfits, some wearing masks, some not wearing masks, with a large turqouise banner promoting how to keep safe from contracting the disease.

COVID-19 has killed more than 4,800,000 people worldwide, and the death toll is still rising unnecessarily for a few reasons.

During the Canadian second wave, my neighbourhood had the highest death rate in Quebec, and it was easy to figure out why.
