One Reason People are Still Dying

COVID-19 has killed more than 4,800,000 people worldwide, and the death toll is still rising unnecessarily for a few reasons.

During the Canadian second wave, my neighbourhood had the highest death rate in Quebec, and it was easy to figure out why.
